BS EN 50288-7:2005 Kabel logam berbilang unsur yang digunakan dalam komunikasi dan sistem kawalan analog dan digital. Kabel-kabel tersebut mempunyai pembinaan yang teguh secara mekanikal dan sifat pengendalian penghantaran elektrik. Kabel ini direka bentuk untuk menyambungkan litar instrumen elektrik dan menyediakan perkhidmatan komunikasi di dalam dan di sekitar loji proses dan tidak boleh digunakan untuk bekalan kuasa.
